Briad’s new special venues division is a step into a different facete of hospitality for the company. The Special Venues division strives to create a unique guest experience for all. The craft cocktail menus have hours of development and research invested into making them unique and modern. Their curated wine lists focus on all regions to give the guest expansive options to choose from something they know and love or to try something new! Their shared plates are an eclectic mix of all different cuisines to complement our wine and cocktail programs. While their immense spirits list’s highlight some of the best different regions have to offer. In this new division The Briad Group (TBG) aspire to build on their award-winning hotels within both the Hilton and Marriott brands consistently ranking in the top percentile in service and overall satisfaction. The Briad Group’s venues located in these hotels will set the benchmark for each surrounding area.
TBG venues are strategically located to provide an unmatched guest experience for each area. With each location offering a different and unique experience to their guests. The Bradford, located in Bridgewater NJ, is the first of its kind and the only rooftop in the area. They have worked diligently to create a fresh and exclusive experience for all that visit. The Briad Group’s second location, Concourse Club, is located in Wood-Ridge NJ. With incredible views of the runway at Teterboro airport, along with the New York City skyline, Concourse Club sets itself apart from other venues in the area. Keeping the aviation theme, Built Design Inc owner John Sofio, has created a mad men era cocktail bar and nightlife venue unique to this location. San Diego, California is the next stop for our Special Venues division. The Briad Group opened the AC Hotel Downtown Gaslamp Quarter in February of 2023. The rooftop, Techo Beso is a Latin American inspired rooftop serving hand-crafted cocktails and premium shared plates.
